3M Cubitron II Flap Disc, 969F, T27, Quick Change, 40+, YF-weight, 4-1/2 in x 5/8-11 in 3M Cubitron ll Flap Disc 969F is designed to handle aggressive sanding applications while providing a smooth clean finish on a variety of metals. It offers flexible performance with 3M Precision Shaped Ceramic Grain layered on flaps of tough polyester cloth. 3M Cubitron ll Flap Disc 969F is best suited for metal grinding and finishing, thanks to its unique design and fast cutting abrasive material. This disc features a grinding aid, which runs cooler and helps prevent discolouration on metal surfaces. The semi-flexible, Y-weight backing gives each flap excellent strength. These attributes make 3M Cubitron ll Flap Disc 969F a good match for projects that require an equally durable and versatile abrasive disc. Coated abrasive flap discs are the ideal choice for moderate grinding, blending, beveling, scale removal and finishing on a variety of metals. The abrasive flaps offer a long lasting supply of fresh abrasives in a load resistant design. Though designed for use with a right-angle grinder, the flap disc design allows for creative application to fit whatever job you might have. Our proprietary 3M Cubitron II Abrasive Products have raised the bar for high-performing abrasives. Our engineers started with 3M Ceramic Abrasive Grain and proceeded to electrostatically orient each triangular structure on the backing to form sharp peaks and maximize cutting potential. These peaks act like individual cutting tools that slice through metal and continuously shelf-sharpen as the points break off, ensuring extended high performance in heavy-duty production applications. The grains wear evenly and provide extra-long life and consistency with less grinding pressure. The result is that 3M Cubitron II Products out-cut and outlast every conventional ceramic industrial abrasive product on the market, maximizing productivity and minimizing belt stress and operator fatigue.

All returns must be authorized. Items returned prior to authorization will not be accepted. For international customers where applicable, customers must ship any returns to us freight and duty prepaid. Return freight charges for internationsl shippments will be the responsibility of the customer.
Defective new equipment may be returned for warrantyrepair/exchange to us within (5) days of the shipment receipt date. After five (5) days, returns will be handled by direct contact and in accordance with the warranty terms of the item's manufacturer. Items that have malfunctioned due to mishandling, electrical overload, etc., will be subject to repair charge.
Non defective new equipment will be authorized for return within five (5) days of the shipment receipt date if the equipment is still in new, re-sellable condition with the original manual(s), accessories, packing material and carton. We reserve the right to reject returnsin which there is no original packaging, missing accessories, damage or visible signs of usage of the item. A restocking fee of up to 25% of purchase price may apply. Special orders and dangerous goods are non-returnable.
(Do not write anytingon the manufacturer's original package or use as a shipping carton. Include all accessories, manuals and warranties.)

We can ship to both US and Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will charge a flat rate shipping for your items.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
