BI-Lok DHA-2-4-SS OffersIntroducing a precision-engineered design comprising four main components: the fitting body, front ferrule, back ferrule, and nut, this BI-LOK tube stub adapter is shipped fully assembled and individually bagged for convenience. Achieving a leak-tight seal is simple - insert the tubing into the fitting and generate axial thrust by tightening the nut against the fitting body. Doing this engages the captively held ferrules with the tubing's outer diameter, ensuring high-integrity sealing and an extended service life.
Notably, this D-series Bi-LOK adapter works interchangeably with Swagelok™ tube fittings, with third-party testing confirming no performance degradation when combining components from both manufacturers. Moreover, to ensure optimal performance and safety, careful consideration of factors such as system pressure, media, flow, operating temperature, and environmental conditions is crucial. Ideally, the tubing material should match the fittings, and proper make-up requires the tubing to be softer than the fitting material. Thus, this BI-LOK tube fitting adheres to strict quality standards, is traceable, and is certified to global industry ISO standards.
Emphasis on the importance of proper tube selection for system designers and users is crucial, as the pressure rating of the assembly is directly dependent on the selected tubing. Detailed pressure rating tables for various tube sizes and materials are provided for reference.
Tube measuring and fitting
When measuring and bending tubing, it is important to be aware of two critical measurements. First, the tube insertion depth into the fitting assembly must be considered when determining the overall length of the tube required. Second, the minimum length of straight tubing required for a proper tube bend. Both measurements are dependent on the tube OD (please use the specifications tab for reference purposes).

All returns must be authorized. Items returned prior to authorization will not be accepted. For international customers where applicable, customers must ship any returns to us freight and duty prepaid. Return freight charges for internationsl shippments will be the responsibility of the customer.
Defective new equipment may be returned for warrantyrepair/exchange to us within (5) days of the shipment receipt date. After five (5) days, returns will be handled by direct contact and in accordance with the warranty terms of the item's manufacturer. Items that have malfunctioned due to mishandling, electrical overload, etc., will be subject to repair charge.
Non defective new equipment will be authorized for return within five (5) days of the shipment receipt date if the equipment is still in new, re-sellable condition with the original manual(s), accessories, packing material and carton. We reserve the right to reject returnsin which there is no original packaging, missing accessories, damage or visible signs of usage of the item. A restocking fee of up to 25% of purchase price may apply. Special orders and dangerous goods are non-returnable.

We can ship to both US and Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
