The Makita® 18V X2 LXT® (36V) Brushless Cordless 1.6 Gallon HEPA Filter Backpack Dry Dust Extractor Kit, AWS Capable (XCV18PTX) is a powerful and portable clean-up solution that eliminates extension cords that trail corded backpack vacuums. The XCV18PTX is ideal for construction applications when used as part of a dust extraction system. It's also a powerful and portable dust extraction solution for contractors by bridging the gap between low-capacity on-board dust extraction systems and larger capacity but less portable wheeled canister job site vacuums. The XCV18PTX is powered by two 18V lithium-ion batteries for 36V power and performance but without leaving the 18V LXT® System. The efficient BL Brushless Motor generates 64 CFM of suction and 44" of static water lift for fast clean-ups and improved dust extraction, with no cord to pull along or get in the way. The XCV18PTX weighs 15 lbs. (with empty dust bag and two 18V 5.0Ah batteries) and has padded shoulder straps and waist belt with multiple adjustments for a comfortable fit. Cordless and compact, the push button power selection controller attaches to the waist belt of the harness for convenient operation. The efficient HEPA filter combined with the filter bag captures large, small and micro dust particulates, and the dust collection container is easily removed for dust disposal. When using two 18V 5.0Ah batteries, users will get up to 62 minutes of continuous operation on low setting and 33 minutes on the high setting. Its part of Makitas expanding 18V LXT® System, the worlds largest cordless tool system powered by 18V lithium-ion slide-style batteries. Makita® 18V LXT® Lithium-Ion Batteries have the fastest charge times in their categories, so they spend more time working and less time sitting on the charger. For improved tool performance and extended battery life, Makita created Star Protection Computer Controls. Star Protection is communication technology that allows the Star Protection-equipped tool and battery to exchange data in real time and monitor conditions during use to protect against overloading, over-discharging and overheating. For increased versatility, the tool can also be powered by Makita 18V LXT® and Compact Lithium-Ion batteries with the star symbol on the battery indicating Star Protection inside.

All returns must be authorized. Items returned prior to authorization will not be accepted. For international customers where applicable, customers must ship any returns to us freight and duty prepaid. Return freight charges for internationsl shippments will be the responsibility of the customer.
Defective new equipment may be returned for warrantyrepair/exchange to us within (5) days of the shipment receipt date. After five (5) days, returns will be handled by direct contact and in accordance with the warranty terms of the item's manufacturer. Items that have malfunctioned due to mishandling, electrical overload, etc., will be subject to repair charge.
Non defective new equipment will be authorized for return within five (5) days of the shipment receipt date if the equipment is still in new, re-sellable condition with the original manual(s), accessories, packing material and carton. We reserve the right to reject returnsin which there is no original packaging, missing accessories, damage or visible signs of usage of the item. A restocking fee of up to 25% of purchase price may apply. Special orders and dangerous goods are non-returnable.

We can ship to both US and Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will charge a flat rate shipping for your items.
