Easily measure workpieces or other items with this height gauge featuring excellent 1200-hour battery life and a large LCD. In addition, this height gauge can measure height, height difference (step), inside/outside width and diameters, circle pitch, free-form surface maximum/minimum heights, and height difference through scanning.
Features
GO/±NG judgment by LED and display symbols
LEDs indicate tolerance judgment status – green for GO, red for +NG, and orange for -NG. Status is also indicated by corresponding symbols appearing on the display.
Intuitive buttons and layout
The symbols are for frequently used keys. Cross-keys provide better operability.
Inside/outside diameters, maximum/minimum heights and displacement can be measured using a standard probe
Besides height measurement, proprietary mechanism and firmware enables scanning measurement of inside/outside diameters, maximum/minimum heights, and height differences
ABSOLUTE encoder maintains the origin
The electromagnetic induction type ABSOLUTE encoder maintains the origin. There is no need to set the origin after turning on the power.
D2 digimatic and USB outputs
Digimatic and USB ports are provided as standard. Using the U-WAVE-T measurement data wireless communication system enables instant transmission of measurement data to a PC via wireless communication which reduces manual input errors and improves data reliability and operational efficiency.

Air-suspension feature
Pressing a button on the grip activates the internal air pump. The base rises on a cushion of air and is able to be moved smoothly over the surface plate.

All returns must be authorized. Items returned prior to authorization will not be accepted. For international customers where applicable, customers must ship any returns to us freight and duty prepaid. Return freight charges for internationsl shippments will be the responsibility of the customer.
Defective new equipment may be returned for warrantyrepair/exchange to us within (5) days of the shipment receipt date. After five (5) days, returns will be handled by direct contact and in accordance with the warranty terms of the item's manufacturer. Items that have malfunctioned due to mishandling, electrical overload, etc., will be subject to repair charge.
Non defective new equipment will be authorized for return within five (5) days of the shipment receipt date if the equipment is still in new, re-sellable condition with the original manual(s), accessories, packing material and carton. We reserve the right to reject returnsin which there is no original packaging, missing accessories, damage or visible signs of usage of the item. A restocking fee of up to 25% of purchase price may apply. Special orders and dangerous goods are non-returnable.
