The EV-200 Power Pilot is a complete autopilot solution for powerboats with hydraulic steering. Ideal for many outboard or inboard powered boats, the EV-200 delivers precision autopilot control using the intelligent EV-1 sensor core and the ACU-200 actuator control unit. The complete system pack features a Type 1 hydraulic autopilot pump that is compatible with outboard and inboard hydraulic steering cylinder capacities between 80 Cubic Centimeter to 230 Cubic Centimeter. EV-200 Power Pilot systems are available with p70Rs autopilot control head, ACU-200 actuator control unit, EV-1 heading sensor and a 12 Volt Type 1 hydraulic pump. Raymarine autopilot owners with an existing Type 1 hydraulic drive can upgrade to Evolution technology with Evolution Power Pilot kit without the type 1 drive included.

The EV Sensor Core
At the center of every Evolution system is the intelligent EV sensor core, a 9-axis sensor that monitors vessel motion in all three dimensions. The innovative EV sensor core combines advanced solid-state sensors with the Evolution autopilot processor into a single easy-toinstall housing.
Mount the EV sensor core above or below decks, the rugged enclosure is fully sealed and built to IPX6 and IPX7 waterproofing and submersion standards.
The EV-1 is designed for Evolution mechanical and hydraulic autopilot systems. SeaTalkng networking enables a single cable connection for power and data to the Evolution ACU (actuator control unit) and extended SeaTalkngand NMEA2000 networks.

The reversing 12V hydraulic pump is for use with steering systems equipped with 4.914 cubic inch (80cc - 230cc) hydraulic steering rams. The Type 1 hydraulic drive is compatible with both S1/S1G and S2/S2G corepacks.

The p70R is a push-button operation controller and rotary control dial designed primarily for powered craft. The LED backlighting delivers superior visibility day or night and ultra-low power consumption. P70R also supports group dimming along with i70 Instruments and e7 multifunction displays. All returns must be authorized. Items returned prior to authorization will not be accepted. For international customers where applicable, customers must ship any returns to us freight and duty prepaid. Return freight charges for internationsl shippments will be the responsibility of the customer.
Defective new equipment may be returned for warrantyrepair/exchange to us within (5) days of the shipment receipt date. After five (5) days, returns will be handled by direct contact and in accordance with the warranty terms of the item's manufacturer. Items that have malfunctioned due to mishandling, electrical overload, etc., will be subject to repair charge.
Non defective new equipment will be authorized for return within five (5) days of the shipment receipt date if the equipment is still in new, re-sellable condition with the original manual(s), accessories, packing material and carton. We reserve the right to reject returnsin which there is no original packaging, missing accessories, damage or visible signs of usage of the item. A restocking fee of up to 25% of purchase price may apply. Special orders and dangerous goods are non-returnable.
(Do not write anytingon the manufacturer's original package or use as a shipping carton. Include all accessories, manuals and warranties.)

We can ship to both US and Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will charge a flat rate shipping for your items.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
