1. Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
Words with an initial capital letter have meanings defined below. These definitions apply equally in singular and plural form.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

- Goods refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to EquipTestPro, accessible at https://www.equiptestpro.com.
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf such individual is acting.
2. Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your Order within 30 days of receipt without providing a reason, subject to the processing fee outlined below.
The cancellation deadline is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods, or on which a third party appointed by You (other than the carrier) takes possession of the delivered product.

Cancellation Processing Fee
The following fee structure applies to all cancellations:
Customer-Initiated Cancellation: A processing fee of 10% of the total Order value will be withheld from your refund. This fee covers payment processing, order handling, and administrative costs incurred at the time of purchase.
Company-Initiated Cancellation (Item Unavailable): If We cancel your Order due to the unavailability of an item, no processing fee will be withheld. You will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
We will process your refund no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original Order, and You will not incur any additional fees beyond the applicable processing fee described above.
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met at the time of return:
- The Goods were purchased within the last 30 days.
- The Goods are in their original, undamaged packaging.
- The Goods are unused and in the same condition as when received.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase accompanies the return.
Non-Returnable Goods
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Goods that by their nature are not suitable for return, deteriorate rapidly, or where the expiry date has passed.
- Goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery.
- Goods that, after delivery, have become inseparably mixed with other items by their nature.
- Goods purchased on sale or at a discounted price. Only regular-priced Goods are eligible for refund. (This exclusion may not apply where prohibited by applicable law.)
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions, in our sole discretion.
4. Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods to Us. Please contact us at info@equiptestpro.com to obtain the return shipping address prior to sending any items.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods that are damaged or lost during return shipment. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the returned Goods or verifiable proof of return delivery.
Refund Timeline
You should expect to receive your refund within four (4) weeks of delivering your return package to the shipper. In many cases, refunds are processed sooner. The total timeline is estimated as follows:
- Transit time for Us to receive your return: 5 to 10 business days.
- Processing time once We receive the return: 3 to 5 business days.
- Bank processing time for the refund: 5 to 10 business days.
5. Gift Returns
If the Goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to You, a gift credit equal to the value of the return (less any applicable processing fee) will be issued. Once the returned product is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves before giving it to You, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
6. Shipping Policy
We ship to both Canada and the United States. Please note that certain products may be subject to restrictions and cannot be shipped to all destinations.
When you place an order, a flat-rate shipping charge will be applied. For weight-based items, the weight of each product is listed on its detail page. All weights are rounded up to the next full pound to align with the policies of our shipping carriers.
