Application procedures
This BC solution is readily mixed with water in a concentration of 6 to 7% by volume and can be used in tabletop or industrial cleaning tanks at solution temperatures of up to 180°F (82°C). Operation at higher temperatures improves cleaning performance. For optimum cleaning, this BC solution should be operated at recommended temperatures. Cleaning time is dictated by the quantity and nature of the soil. Operating this BC solution below the recommended concentrations, temperatures, or time will generally result in poor cleaner performance, characterized by cloudiness and water breaks. Operating this BC solution above the recommended parameters may lead to component metal attack or cause the surfactants to separate from the solution causing poor cleaning. It is imperative that the solution be allowed to "degas" at operating temperature for a minimum of 10 minutes prior to placing the parts into the cleaning solution. It is best if ultrasonic energy is applied during this time to enhance degassing. Thorough rinsing is suggested for removal of cleaning solution. As with any process involving water, drying should be considered as the final step.

All returns must be authorized. Items returned prior to authorization will not be accepted. For international customers where applicable, customers must ship any returns to us freight and duty prepaid. Return freight charges for internationsl shippments will be the responsibility of the customer.
Defective new equipment may be returned for warrantyrepair/exchange to us within (5) days of the shipment receipt date. After five (5) days, returns will be handled by direct contact and in accordance with the warranty terms of the item's manufacturer. Items that have malfunctioned due to mishandling, electrical overload, etc., will be subject to repair charge.
Non defective new equipment will be authorized for return within five (5) days of the shipment receipt date if the equipment is still in new, re-sellable condition with the original manual(s), accessories, packing material and carton. We reserve the right to reject returnsin which there is no original packaging, missing accessories, damage or visible signs of usage of the item. A restocking fee of up to 25% of purchase price may apply. Special orders and dangerous goods are non-returnable.
