Lumitec Razor Flush Mount Flood Light Bar, WhiteSleek. Streamlined. Powerful. Introducing Razor The World's first flush-mount light bar. Razor was carefully designed to be easily integrated into most existing hardtop, arch, and pilothouse designs typically with only minor modification to production tooling. When mounted facing forward, Razor's long-throw and high position are invaluable for spotting markers and obstructions. When positioned downward and aft, Razor floods cockpits, gunwales and surrounding areas with more than 10,000 night-piercing lumens.In addition to clean lines and a low profile, following Lumitec's thermally-vetted reference designs allows OEMs to avoid the overheating and subsequent damage to hardtops that can be caused by enclosing other manufacturer's light bars in a "pod". Razor is also available in a surface-mount configuration, which mounts directly to un-modified hardtop surfaces and allows for an equally clean look and similar thermal performance.
Razor 18" Light Bar - Flood - Flush Mount - White
The Worlds FIRST flush-mount light bar. Razor was carefully designed to be easily integrated into most existing hardtop, arch, and pilothouse designs typically with little or no modification to production tooling.
Razor is designed to drop into a contoured pocket molded into a hardtop, radar arch, brow, or other surface. Alternatively, use Razors surface mount kit for a sleek, low profile installation on existing flat or slightly crowned tops. Mount forward or aft, horizontal or downward facing. In all installations Lumitecs careful thermal analysis and self-venting design puts an end to pod mounted lightbars, which can overheat and damage surrounding composites in hard tops. Flood and spot/flood beam patterns ensure the light goes where you need it.

Razor has been designed and analyzed as a complete system with careful consideration of the top in which it is mounted. This means that Razor delivers maximum performance while protecting hardtops and pods from dangerously high temperatures.
80% Lower Profile Than Most Other Light Bars On The Market
Razors integrated design delivers more power with a cleaner, more streamlined look. Up to 80% more streamlined in fact. As the images to the right demonstrate Razor allows builders to eliminate light pods which must be molded and added separately, saving many hours of costly finishing labor. Razor simply drops into an as-molded recess. CAD models of mold plugs or tooling inserts may be provided upon request.

All returns must be authorized. Items returned prior to authorization will not be accepted. For international customers where applicable, customers must ship any returns to us freight and duty prepaid. Return freight charges for internationsl shippments will be the responsibility of the customer.
Defective new equipment may be returned for warrantyrepair/exchange to us within (5) days of the shipment receipt date. After five (5) days, returns will be handled by direct contact and in accordance with the warranty terms of the item's manufacturer. Items that have malfunctioned due to mishandling, electrical overload, etc., will be subject to repair charge.
Non defective new equipment will be authorized for return within five (5) days of the shipment receipt date if the equipment is still in new, re-sellable condition with the original manual(s), accessories, packing material and carton. We reserve the right to reject returnsin which there is no original packaging, missing accessories, damage or visible signs of usage of the item. A restocking fee of up to 25% of purchase price may apply. Special orders and dangerous goods are non-returnable.
(Do not write anytingon the manufacturer's original package or use as a shipping carton. Include all accessories, manuals and warranties.)
Please, include a copy of the packing list or invoice with a reason for the return. Your return authorization number is valid for thirty (30) days.
We can ship to both US and Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will charge a flat rate shipping for your items.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
