Makita is expanding the line of cordless outdoor power equipment to include the 36V (18V X2) LXT® 21 Self-Propelled Lawn Mower (XML11Z, tool only). With zero emissions, lower noise and reduced maintenance, the 36V (18V X2) LXT® Self-Propelled Lawn Mower is a welcome solution for efficient grass cutting. The powerful motor delivers up to 3,000 RPM for faster cutting. It delivers up to 40 minutes of run time with four LXT 5.0Ah Batteries, sold separately. The grass catcher bag holds up to 2 bushels of grass. The mower features an ergonomic plastic deck for reduced push force and easy transport. Rear wheel drive self-propelled technology provides improved traction and improved performance on incline slopes and uneven terrain. The mower offers ease-of-use features including folding handles, quick height adjustments, mulching capability. It features a 3-in-1 design for mulching, bagging, or side discharge. The lawn mower features Makita® Extreme Protection Technology (XPT). XPT is a protective seal inside the tool and is engineered for improved operation in harsh conditions by channeling water and dust from key internal components. It is IPX4-rated for weather-resistant construction and durability. Its part of Makitas expanding 18V LXT System, the worlds largest cordless tool system powered by 18V lithium-ion slide-style batteries. Makita 18V LXT Lithium-Ion Batteries have the fastest charge times in their categories, so they spend more time working and less time sitting on the charger. For improved tool performance and extended battery life, Makita created Star Protection Computer Controls. Star Protection is communication technology that allows the Star Protection-equipped tool and battery to exchange data in real time and monitor conditions during use to protect against overloading, over-discharging and overheating. For increased versatility, the tool can also be powered by Makita 18V LXT Lithium-Ion Batteries with the star symbol on the battery indicating Star Protection inside.

All returns must be authorized. Items returned prior to authorization will not be accepted. For international customers where applicable, customers must ship any returns to us freight and duty prepaid. Return freight charges for internationsl shippments will be the responsibility of the customer.
Defective new equipment may be returned for warrantyrepair/exchange to us within (5) days of the shipment receipt date. After five (5) days, returns will be handled by direct contact and in accordance with the warranty terms of the item's manufacturer. Items that have malfunctioned due to mishandling, electrical overload, etc., will be subject to repair charge.
Non defective new equipment will be authorized for return within five (5) days of the shipment receipt date if the equipment is still in new, re-sellable condition with the original manual(s), accessories, packing material and carton. We reserve the right to reject returnsin which there is no original packaging, missing accessories, damage or visible signs of usage of the item. A restocking fee of up to 25% of purchase price may apply. Special orders and dangerous goods are non-returnable.

We can ship to both US and Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will charge a flat rate shipping for your items.
