3. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to ensure accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and change prices without notice.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at that incorrect price, with prompt notification and a full refund.

Product availability is subject to change. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by EquipTestPro. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

Payment is required at the time of order unless a purchase order agreement has been established in advance. We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and approved purchase orders.

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated. Currency conversion and any associated fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery terms are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier.
